I’m Marcos Loureiro from BH – MG and I work with creation. Over more than 24 years in the market, in communication and technology, I specialized in digital projects as a product designer. I built solid and lasting partnerships that I have maintained since the beginning of my career. I improved skills such as leadership and team management, commercial prospecting, and design thinking, to achieve increasingly challenging work.

Specialties

In the technology and communication market, due to the demands and opportunities that came to me, I can say that I specialized in the following 3 major areas:

1. Virtual stores

More than 10 years of partnership with Rakuten, developing around 400 projects on the e-commerce platform, for clients across Brazil.

Since I was invited, in 2009, for the first time to work with Ikeda, which became Rakuten, I have never left the design team. I was one of the main people responsible for creating the interfaces for new projects since 2015. With this level of knowledge acquired, I can offer clear solutions and results to a range of market opportunities, which constantly appear, whether for a branding shop or even seasonal campaigns on -line.

2. Branding

Brands and visual identities with their own methodology and assertiveness index above 90%. Redesign, construction of names and adaptations to new technologies, such as responsive formats. Brand management with medium and long-term actions, developing strong and coherent visual identities for creation manuals and advertising pieces.

With the Branding documentation identified, the creation is replicated, maintaining visual standards and the experience. Even within a complex task such as a website or portal, it is possible to determine a visual line that can be adopted for any other type of communication. Styles of buttons, forms, icons and banners often invert the rules, making the methodology less rigid and more practical, close to the reality of what you want to convey.

3. UX/UI

The UX/UI stages, within a project, are characterized by careful planning, based on real data. Interviews with stakeholders, Benchmarking, inheritance of knowledge, tests, propositions and solutions to challenges. One of my main tasks in my day-to-day work is to gather information from different areas, coordinate coherence and provide solutions relevant to my clients’ different moments. The UX Designer is a translator and conciliator for all parties involved in a project.
